Websites and apps that look like a brand, not like a template

A one-person studio. I design, build and launch the site myself, so you pay for none of the agency overhead and none of the handoffs. You get a fixed price, a fixed deadline and a site that brings enquiries in.

What I do

Five areas I work in day to day. I run every project from the first conversation to the day the site goes live.

  • Websites

One-page sites, landing pages and full company sites. Designed around one goal: getting the visitor to leave their details.

    What you get

    • Original design, no templates
    • The site opens in under a second
    • Copy and structure prepared for search
    • I make the content changes for you, as part of support
  • Apps and internal tools

Tools your team works in, client portals, first versions of products. I start with the smallest version that solves the real problem.

    What you get

    • We agree the scope before I start
    • A working first version in 6 to 10 weeks
    • I test the critical paths before launch
    • Documentation and every file stay with you
  • Online stores

Shops built around the buying path. Payments and shipping are matched to how much you actually sell.

    What you get

    • Checkout in three steps, no filler fields
    • Card, transfer and instant payment
    • The product page opens immediately
    • A move from your current shop without losing rankings
  • Fixing an existing site

You have a site that loads slowly or brings no enquiries. I find what holds it back and give you a list of changes ordered by effect.

    What you get

    • I measure what slows the site down for real visitors
    • I walk the contact and checkout path step by step
    • A list ordered by impact, with the expected gain
    • I apply the fixes or hand them to your team
  • Working with agencies

I build the front end from your designs. I sign an NDA, work under your brand and talk directly to your project lead.

    What you get

    • A build that matches the design to the pixel
    • Direct contact with your project lead
    • Guaranteed availability in agreed windows
    • Billed per project or per hour
03 Process

How working together looks

Five stages in which you always know where things stand and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Conversation

    1–3 days

Thirty minutes to understand what should happen after someone lands on the site. If I think the project makes no sense in its current shape, I'll say so on the call.

    Stage output

    • Scope in writing
    • Fixed price
    • Delivery date
  2. 02

    Design

    1–2 weeks

I design the site starting from what matters most on it. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price.

    Stage output

    • Desktop and phone views
    • Colours and typography
    • Two rounds of revisions
  3. 03

    Engineering

    2–6 weeks

I build at an address you can open from day one. You watch the progress as it happens rather than in a weekly email.

    Stage output

    • Live preview
    • Weekly status
    • Every file in your account
  4. 04

    Testing

    3–5 days

Browsers, phones, screen readers and loading speed. I also check the forms and confirm that messages actually arrive.

    Stage output

    • Phone and desktop testing
    • Speed measurement
    • A fix list, closed
  5. 05

    Launch

    1 day

Launch, redirects from the old addresses, analytics and submission to Google. After launch you have 30 days of support included.

    Stage output

    • Going live
    • Analytics and Google submission
    • 30 days of support
04 Testimonials

What clients say

Three voices from projects closed in the last two years.

  • Before designing anything, he read a year of our quoting correspondence. Clients now say which service they need, and our first reply takes five minutes instead of half a day.
    Owner ELEKTROMA, electrical contractor
  • Our season lasts two months and everything had to be ready by March. The deadline held, and enquiries tripled without a single zloty spent on advertising.
    Owner AQUA-DUN, irrigation systems
  • We publish to YouTube only and the site updates itself. That gave us back several hours a week we used to spend retyping the same descriptions.

06 FAQ

The questions that come up most

Didn't find your answer? Write to me, I reply personally, usually the same day.

How long does a website take?

A landing page is usually 1–2 weeks, a company site 3–5 weeks, a store 5–8 weeks, and a web application 8 weeks and up. The date is agreed before we start and it is binding, if I miss it through my own fault, the final instalment is waived.

Why ranges instead of a fixed price?

Because the quote depends on the number of pages, the integrations and whether the content is ready. After the first call you get one fixed figure in writing, and it does not change unless you change the scope. I don't bill by the hour.

What does working together look like, step by step?

A call (30 minutes), scope and quote in writing, design in Figma with two revision rounds, engineering on a preview environment, testing, launch. You have preview access throughout and see progress as it happens.

Do I have to supply copy and photos?

You do not need them ready at the start. If you have no copy, I prepare the structure and a draft that you approve or correct. Photographs can come from a stock library, or I can help arrange a shoot, and that cost sits on your side.

Will I be able to change the content myself?

On a company site changes are usually rare, so by default I make them as part of support, normally the same day. If you expect to edit every week, we add a simple editing panel and I show you how to use it. We decide before the quote, because it affects the price.

Will the site be visible in Google?

Every project gets a correct content structure, search descriptions, a sitemap and submission to Google. That is the technical foundation. Rankings also depend on your content and your competition, so I advise on them without selling a guarantee of first place.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of support in the price: fixes, small content changes, response to errors. After that you can stay on a monthly plan or come back as needed. The site and every file are yours from day one, so you are never tied to me.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, it is a standing part of my work. I sign an NDA, work under your brand and bill per project or per hour. I build from your designs and talk directly to the person running the project.
